In the morning Alexander Brechalov signed a Memorandum of cooperation between the Government of the Udmurt Republic, state Corporation "Bank for development and foreign economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)" and the Autonomous non-commercial organization "Agency for strategic initiatives to promote new projects".
Today was signed the cooperation Agreement between the government of the Udmurt Republic and joint stock company "Russian Bank of support of small and medium entrepreneurship", between the Republic and the Federal tourism Agency.

Yesterday at the forum agreed that in Udmurtia will be the Concept of development of the educational cluster. Information-consultation and methodological assistance in the development of this document will provide specialists of the Russian Academy of national economy and state service under the President of the Russian Federation. Of intent to cooperate in this direction was enshrined in the Agreement.
The agreement is aimed at development of cooperation in the field of education and management, implementation of innovative educational technologies and educational programs, as well as cooperation in implementation of joint projects and initiatives.
Bilateral cooperation: development of educational programmes for managerial personnel reserve of the Udmurt Republic, the implementation of programs of development of human capital and stimulate business initiatives in the region.
In addition, with the help of experts Ranepa planned design-analytical and scientific-research works, including in the areas of economic policy, entrepreneurship, cooperation of municipalities, management in private business and the public sector.
Udmurtia is set to strengthen horizontal ties with Russia. With this goal in Sochi yesterday, Agreements were signed on trade-economic, scientific-technical, social and cultural cooperation with the Kirov and Ulyanovsk regions.
